Most of our work lights homes across the Charlotte metro, but every so often a project comes along that shows what permanent LED lighting can do on a much bigger stage. The pedestrian bridge in Cramerton, NC was exactly that kind of project.
Spanning the river in the heart of town, the black steel arched footbridge is a local landmark and a daily connection for the community. Our crew was brought in to install permanent, programmable LED lighting along its lines, the same Trimlight system we put on homes, engineered here for a public structure that thousands of people cross.

A different kind of job site
Lighting a bridge means working at height, over water, and around the public. Our team handled the full install in-house: measuring the spans, mounting the channel along the railings and arch, and routing weatherproof connections built for everything the river corridor throws at them.

Because Trimlight is fully programmable, the bridge is not locked into one look. It can run warm white for everyday evenings, full color for the holidays, red-white-blue for the Fourth of July, or the town's colors for community events, all controlled from an app with schedules that run automatically.

Commercial lighting, built to last
The same things that make Trimlight a great fit for homes make it ideal for municipal and commercial projects: a virtually invisible daytime profile, an industry-leading lifetime LED warranty, and pennies-a-night running cost. Whether it is a bridge, a storefront, a church, or an office, we engineer each install for the structure it lives on.
