“We absolutely LOVE our new lights! Trimlight was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We decided on trim lights as well as uplights for the front of our house. They walked us through all the information we needed, and when we accidentally set the uplight timer incorrectly, they were incredibly understanding and easy to reach, sending someone out right away to help. The lights add such a beautiful ambiance to our house that we didn't realize we were missing. Highly recommend!”

From the beginning they were responsive and helpful AND didn't try to oversell me (I considered the more expensive setup). “These lights are amazing! We have only had ours for a few days and think they should be standard on every new house built. The company is top notch. They came out to measure and explained everything perfectly as to what we were getting. Super excited that my husband no longer will be on a ladder for the holidays. We now have beautiful lighting on the peaks that he couldn't begin to reach before. Let me say how the reviews we read helped us decide to use this company. “The team at Charlotte Trimlight are the best in the business! From the ownership all the way down to the installers, they are far above all the other companies in this area. The initial sales/quoting process was highly informative and not pushy (they also did not rag on the competition, unlike the rest of the companies offering this type of product), and they helped guide the design to be optimal for our home aesthetics. They were collaborative when it came to how wires were run/hide to ensure the cleanest install possible and ensured that all of our requests were met with the highest level of urgency. The installation itself was painless and the team went above and beyond to keep the site clean, and make the lights the most "invisible" they could when not turned on. The product itself is game-changing and the original! The ownership was highly engaged throughout the process and was always a call away! I couldn't recommend them more, and you will be extremely happy that you chose them to do your lights!”
